STATIONARY HOUSES

We invite you to discover our stationary houses, which we build from scratch on the client’s plot. Our experience in the construction industry allows us to carry out even the most demanding projects, delivering homes that meet the expectations of our customers in terms of aesthetics, functionality and durability. It is also worth noting that in the case of stationary houses, we do not have transport restrictions, which gives additional freedom in planning and implementing projects.

FINISHING VARIANTS

Thanks to our various finishing options, you can adapt your modular house to your aesthetic and functional preferences. We offer three finishing standards so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

ECONOMY

  • the house is finished from the outside, including window joinery and sheet metal work
  • insulation in the basic variant 15 / 10 / 15 cm (roof / walls / floor)
  • water, sewage and electrical installations distributed and ready for connection
  • ready wall covering
  • facade lamps

STANDARD

  • all contents of the ECONOMY variant
  • basic kitchen furniture without household appliances
  • finished bathroom (cabin, washbasin, fittings, mirror, compact toilet)
  • floor coverings
  • interior doors
  • installed electrical sockets
  • 50 L boiler / instantaneous water heater

DELUXE

  • all contents of the ECONOMY and STANDARD variants
  • finished kitchen with household appliances, matt/gloss fronts
  • finished bathroom in Fibo (R) slabs, concealed set (so-called Geberit)
  • electric underfloor heating in the bathroom
  • finishing of one bedroom – bed 140×200, high wardrobe, bedside table
  • supplemented with additional equipment and accessories in line with your expectations

UNDER ARCHITECT’S CARE

Our company has its own architect, which allows us to offer personalized house designs, perfectly tailored to your needs. Thanks to this, we will also take care of all formalities for you, such as reporting or obtaining a building permit. We provide complete documentation necessary to build your dream house.
